SCT Home Computer Service is a cost effective solution for all your personal computer needs. At $65.00/incident fixed rate, this is an unbeatable value. No matter how long it takes to fix your personal computer, all you pay is $65.00 and SCT technician will come to you or remotely connect to your computer.

To qualify for Home Service rate:

• your computer must have a 'Home' operating system. Such as 'Windows XP Home Edition', 'Windows Vista Home Premium' or 'Windows 7 Home Premium'.
• your computer must be located at residential address.
• your computer must be a 'home-grade' device. Professional workstations and desktops do not qualify for Home Service rate.

Few more things to know about Home Service:

• at this time onsite service is available within 20 miles of Sarasota, FL at no additional trip charges. Additinal fee for trips over 20 miles (one way) is $30.00 and covers trips up to 50 miles.
• any additional software and/or hardware costs and applicable taxes in your county are extra and will be charged separately.
• in some cases SCT will need to take your computer to the shop. In such situation, a shop fee of $30.00 applies. Shop Fee covers work on your computer in the shop and covers the delivery back to your residence.
• Home Service does not include Data Recovery.
